I'm still reading this book, but I have found it to be very educational. I have suffered from many losses in my life, and although they may not be as tragic as the losses of others, I have still found a lot of comfort in the words given in this book. Learning how to grieve is something that I was never taught, and this book is slowly showing me how important it is and how to work on it.I recommend this book to anyone who has experienced any loss in health, family, finances, or anything. If you heed the advice given in this book, you may very well find ways to grieve your losses, learn from them, and adapt.
